Niels Brabandt started his own business in 1998. It was meant to give him an income when he studied English and History to become a teacher. He decided to go in a very different way.

After working on projects for an international pharmaceutical corporation, he decided to make his business the primary source of income. Working for a global IT company gave him a strong background in IT. He also gained experience in the delivery of training as well as consultancy. For his work as the Training and Implementation Manager, including all aspects of business development, from selling to implementing services, he received multiple international awards. His approach to leadership and sales is pragmatic; however, it is always based on scientific evidence, facts, and experience, giving him an outstanding skillset.

Continuous growth led to his business reaching international size. Frequently being booked as a trainer, speaker, and coach underlines his expertise in sustainable leadership. His skills as a mentor, consultant, project and interim manager are in high demand.

Niels Brabandt is the author of multiple books, scientific publications, and he runs a podcast about leadership that reached out to more than 30,000 listeners in more than 40 countries.

While mainly working in Europe, he delivered his services around the world. His fluent bilingual language skills in the English and German languages (plus basic French and Spanish) allow him to provide excellent results in international circumstances. Living in London and Spain adds to the international quality of his work.
