Booking / Registration
Booking or registration must be done in written form (post, fax, e-mail) and must be confirmed personally by NB Networks before they take effect.
Customers are served by the principle of "first come first serve". Any confirmed booking or registration confirms that the General Terms and Conditions of NB Networks have been accepted.
Cancellation
Cancellation has to be done in a written way (post, fax, e-mail). Bookings may be cancelled without fees until 95 calendar days in advance. Invoice-related credit memos are given on goodwill only (no refund). Relevant for the date of cancellation is the first day of planned service delivery (first day of the project, training event, coaching session or similar).
Charges
Charges and fees will be explained in a proposal. With placing the order, the client accepts the General Terms and Conditions of NB Networks. Without explicit written confirmation, NB Networks will not cover any charges or costs of clients of any kind no matter for which reason.
Invoicing
Invoicing is done directly after the confirmation of a booking is received. Any invoice has to be paid within in due time mentioned on the proposal and invoice.
The amount of payment may not be changed without written consent.
Late or incomplete payment causes additional fees.
Any business delivered refers to the law of the United Kingdom. All contracts are service contracts.
Responsibilities
Chosen Topics to be delivered and the area/location of training are the responsibility of the client.
Copyright
Courseware used before, during or after any service delivered, may not be copied or duplicated in any way without written permission. Any violation will be persecuted and will be charged to the client immediately. Contents of training are under the copyright of NB Networks and Niels Brabandt. The content must not be given to other persons in whatever way or media.
Liability
In case of a cancellation for whatever reason Niels Brabandt does not take liability for any form of compensation. All contracts are service contracts.
Variation
We revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms apply with immediate effect from the day of their publication.
We may use sub-contractors for the delivery of certain services with no notice or liability.
Severability
If a provision of these terms of use is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Breach of Terms
Breaching any of the Terms mentioned leads to the termination of our cooperation. No refunds apply or will be offered for any reason.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. As long as the website and the information as well as services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous versions or agreements.
Law and jurisdiction
